Cress V. Diglio is the managing partner of Calder’s Florida office as well as member of Calder’s Board of Directors.
Cress became a Business Intermediary in 1999 at just 28 years of age. As one of the youngest Brokers in the industry, Cress’ drive and business acumen helped him to achieve immediate success. Since his early beginnings, Cress has successfully managed over 500 transactions and in 2019 is celebrating his 20th anniversary in Business Brokerage.
As a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI), a graduate of the IBBA’s Train the Trainer and a Certified Instructor teaching classes on franchising, pricing businesses and analyzing and recasting financial statements, Cress is dedicated to the industry and the people he serves. With a solid comprehension and application of finance, legal, and accounting disciplines, Cress also utilizes his proficiency in marketing, negotiating, and due diligence to enable both buyers and sellers to propel their business goals to fruition.
Over the past 20 years, Cress has worked with the largest Business Brokerage Organizations in the world. Along the way, he has won the highest awards and accolades from these organizations.
Cress continues to serve the Business Brokerage community volunteering his time training Business Brokers around the world for the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He also hosts the IBBA’s monthly podcast called The Real Deal.
During his career, Cress has earned numerous highly coveted accolades and awards, within the Business Brokerage profession.

Cress has been an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) since 2003. He served 4 years as head of the IBBA’s CBI exam and 2 years as the IBBA Education Chair. Cress and his father hold the distinction of being the only Father and Son to hold the position of IBBA Chairman.
Cress is active in his local community. He proudly serves on City of Life Foundations Board of Directors. He is also a founding member of the Citrus Club’s Young Executive Board. His influence on the Board led to the formation of the Philanthropy Committee. Additionally, Cress is a co-founder of the Diamonds Are Forever Casino Night Extravaganza benefiting Central Florida charities. Cress has also served on the Citrus Club’s Board of Governors for six years.
